Facilities:- 2 contemporary style studios available. King bed, bedside tables, lounge chairs and settee, small library, smart TV, reverse cycle airconditioning, wifi (Starlink), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bar fridge, tea and coffee, pod machine. Dressing gown, slippers, electric blanket, pillow “selection”. Tank water is filtered and UV.

Studio lounge – 44sqM; Entry – 5 sqM approx; Balcony – 5sqm approx

A minimum of a 50% deposit of the full accommodation total is required to confirm your booking. Balance of payment required on or before arrival. Any costs incurred throughout the stay are payable on departure. If a booking is within 7 days of arrival full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy

In most situations, we offer a full refund of your deposit unless you wish to rebook however one night’s accommodation rate is charged if less than 24 hrs’ notice or ‘no show’ with no notification.
